Zoe Ma

Zoe has built her career across real estate development, capital investment, and asset management — with experience spanning both institutional platforms and private development.

She began her career at a Global Fortune 500 investment conglomerate, where she contributed to the strategic management of a $3 billion commercial portfolio encompassing landmark office towers in Chicago, luxury hospitality assets in Times Square, and conference facilities in New Jersey. She subsequently joined a boutique merchant builder, supporting the financing and execution of an $800 million residential development portfolio.

At CBRE, Zoe supported the strategic oversight and portfolio operations of an $8 billion multifamily platform for a leading U.S. private equity firm, involving 80+ assets across multi-institutional funds.

Madede was founded in 2019 alongside her institutional career — a long-considered step toward managing her own portfolio of development, capital investment, and asset management opportunities. She also serves as an advisor, helping partners and investors navigate the real estate process across different projects.

Zoe holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
