Zoe Ma

Zoe has developed an extensive track record in the U.S. real estate investment and asset management sectors, with a career encompassing the oversight of over $6 billion in total asset value. Her experience spans both institutional platforms and private development, including roles at a Global Fortune 500 investment conglomerate and the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm.

Her institutional background includes the strategic management of a $3 billion commercial portfolio, featuring landmark office towers in Chicago and luxury hospitality assets in Manhattan. Beyond the service side, Zoe served as a key professional for a boutique merchant builder, where she contributed to the financing and execution of an $800 million residential portfolio.

Most recently, Zoe supported the strategic oversight and portfolio operations of a $8 billion multifamily portfolio for a leading U.S. private equity firm. This role involved the detailed management of 80+ assets across multi-institutional funds.

Zoe holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
